Burning at Tip of Penis After Sex

Recently, about seven weeks ago, My girlfriend and I decided to have sex. I did not use a condom, but she was on the pill. About 15-20 minutes after having it, I started to feel a burning sensation in the tip of my penis. I though it was irritation from the first time, or something minimal at first. After half the week passed, I couldnt take it anymore. The buring would last literally 24-7, and I would ONLY get relief when I urinated....which I thought was weird. Based on the other information I know, It should never be constant. So, I went to my doctor. I told him about these issues, and he checked me for everything. I got a call back after a few days, and said that their were no findings, and nothing to worry about. By the time 7 days had passed, the problem had gone away completely, so I thought nothing too much of it. Weeks went by, and I had no issues while 'messing around' with my girlfriend. Recently, this time 7 days ago as of today; we decided to try it again. Same circumstances as previously stated. This time, again, the issue returned after 20 minutes, and it has been with me since. I'm hesitant to call the doctor, as I know I will get the same results and words from him, but the pain is real and annoying to me. Its constantly burning, and the only releif I recieve is when urinating, as well as sexual activity. The strange thing to me is, its just after sex, nothing else.....should I be concerned? I am completely clueless, and thats why I am posting on this forum...please help guys, I am totally lost.

-Also, note that I do not have good eating habits, nor drinking habits (water, juices, etc) I have been these lasy 7 weeks to try and make this pain go away, but thats it. I have been keeping it this way since...

Thanks in advance.

no std will cause you symptoms starting 20 minutes into sex.

do you and your partner use lube?  sounds like things are perhaps irritating you during sex.

Is this NGU something that will pass on its own? Is there any over-the-counter meds which I can take? Or should I visit my doctor?

I would not worry about testing then.

NGU is a bacteria that is common to the mouth that can infect the uretha and cause symptoms.
STD symptoms take at least 2 days to show...this is not STD related.

I have had oral sex before, however no irritation whatsoever man. This is only from sex. Its not that the pain is unbearable, but merely annoying to be honest.
Are you suggesting that I eat better? As well as see another doctor?
As far as the testing goes; should I get retested? When I told the doctor it was our first time, both of us; he told me not to worry about STD's and that I was clean. Note that she was tested 2 weeks before the first time, and she was completely clean as well.
Also, what is an NGU?

Hi

Your urethra and penis tip, seem to be prone to a slight irritation from the vaginal juices and oral juices (you didn't mention oral sex?) or trauma from sex.

But from what you describe (pain, and you only get relief when urinating), I would see another doctor and ask for an another round of test just to be sure, also, if you original doctor doesn't want to re-test you, then ask if you were tested for an NGU.

Most men who experience these symptoms --ignore it because they don't have a guilty conscious.     It appear that this is NOT the case for you, as you describe unbearable pain.

Try to Improve your eating habits.   Stay away from high sugary liquids and spicy food.
