her symptoms sound like an uti which are very common in sexually active females. giving her provider the benefit of the doubt, we can assume that at the very least, a simple urine dip was done that showed infection and if nothing grew in her urine culture, they usually don't call the patient back.
if you doubt your partner's fidelity, why not sit down and talk to her?

Never heard of a STD causing a bladder infection. Yes bladder infections are caused by bacteria but STD's stay localized where the infection took place. Also some medications can cure a STD, but never heard of anyone saying that would cure a STD.
Do you have any particular reasons for your opinion, or is just an opinion? Hope that didn't sound sarcastic or rude.. Not at all trying to be that way.. Just hoping to get some good info.. The stuff I find on the net is so confusing.
