Penis red with cracks/cuts after sexual activity

My shaft of my penis directly behind the head gets very red after any sexual activity and gets small like cracks/tears in the same spot every time doesn’t matter what I do I believe I had a yeast infection at one point and used some cream to clear it up. It happened shortly after that. The redness is kind of scary looking down the sides of my shaft and the cuts are on top right in the center the affected area is almost like a ring. it clears up in a day or so then as soon as I have any kind of sexual activity again it does the same thing. The bottom of my shaft has no issues this has been going on for about 2 months now. It is starting to get frustrating it doesn’t itch it only slight burns when I take a shower after sex from the water. I have tried petroleum jelly for a week to keep its mostriuezed I have tried coconut oil. I have tried  yeast infection creams even vitamin e oil. Nothing works. Please help!

Please see a dermatologist. It's not uncommon for men to get issues like Balanitis, or the veins to become more visible after sex, or become red for a while. It is most likely nothing serious, but please see a good dermatologist, He can put your worries to bed. Why keep on worrying for a long time, when a simple visit can solve it ? Think about it.

Look up Balanitis. Could be what it is, but I'm not sure.
