Can you get a syphillis, herpes or hpv sore near your knee?

So, I wore a condom and had p-in-v a couple weeks ago. I was wearing my undies at the time, so my penis and testicles should have been fully covered. . But I read on the internet that if your thighs rub etc you can still get stds like herpes, syphillis and hpv, there’s a purple spot about 2mm in diameter about 3 inches above my knee. It doesn’t hurt, isn’t a bump, doesn’t itch and doesn’t seem liquidy or anything. It just seems like a purple spot.

Is there some risk of me getting one of these three std’s? Do I have to get a penicillin shot?

Hi in the real world you would not get these on your knee as prefer soft mucus tissues.
