could i infect hsv or other STDs

Hi Dr! I am come from china.so my english is not good.I have sex with a sex worker(02/24/2014).

That's my first sex with a sex worker.my behavior: she do oral sex and i intercoure with a condom.but i am soften.I

take off the condom.she give a oral sex again. This time when she did that(oral sex),suddenly, her tongue was  inside

my urethra(Get into the urethra mouth tongue). It's just like penis into her vagina(Tongue into the urethra).and put on

another new one.I am sure her fingers have Vaginal Fluid.when she put on condom for me,the Vaginal Fluid could be

in the tip of condom. When the sex is over,I remove the condom. My fingers get the vaginal fluids.Don 't clean with

paper.I wash my penis and glans in bathtub.Don't wash in shower

After that I have a joint pains on my fingers and toes,Wrist(02/26/2014).Muscle pains on my arms and

legs.Especially on my left leg(03/02/2014). and last two week they are gone.Because i Record everyday.

My Foreskin is a little swelling (03/10/2014).but my Foreskin swelling is more redness day by day.

so i go to hospital.the doctor say may be a hsv-1/hsv-2.I tested but the result will come out on Tuesday next week

and tested hiv and Syphilis it is Negative. But it's just 19 days.but today my Foreskin swelling is not severe

If I could infect the HSV, but not infect HIV.How make sense.I don't understand. Please explain.I beg for it

this is the first time to a sex worker.I am Regretted.nerver go to

i don't want to die.i don't get married.I am sorry for my parents.

every night when go to sleep i will cry
expect your answer
thanks
