Risks of untreated oral gonorrhea?

Are there any risks/complications of having untreated oropharyngeal gonorrhea? My last exposure was 2 years ago and ever since then some bumps appeared and I'm having sore throats often, sometimes with pus sometimes without. I abstained from anything sexual ever since then and it sucks since I know having 1 STD increases the risk of HIV. I wanted to get tested but all the clinics I contacted in my country do only cervical/urethra swab for gonorrhea, they literally laughed at me when I asked about throat swab for this infection... I have done CBC 2x neutrophils and everything else is always within range, except for my lymphocytes being a bit high whenever this infection occurs. Can anyone shade some light please

1) There is also a pcr test for gonorrhea
2) yes complications for gonorrhea include disseminated gonorrhea, where it spreads throughout ur body, and causes lots of other problems such as conjunctivitis...
Im not trying to scare you. Anyways, the chances of that happening is really low.
