Can you catch an STD from a popped spot/pimple on your groin ?

Hi there, a few nights ago I had a very big spot right in the middle of my groin, and as it was hurting I popped it and smacked some sudacrem on it . But then yesterday I had sex with an escort, I left a plaster on the popped spot but during intercouse it came off. Whilst I was having sex with her I made sure I didn’t let my groin touch her , but then she went on top and I penetrated her very deeply which meant my groin/pelvic region and hers may have been constantly touching each other’s.
, I didn’t see any vaginal fluids dripping down my penis . And I did wear a condom. But what I want to know is what are the chances of contracting std’s/HIV from this incident?

I’m really stressed out
