Condom slipped on with CSW - STD?

Exactly a month ago i had vaginal intercourse with a CSW in Bulgaria. I used condom but it slipped off at some point and quite likely during the intercourse.

In the last days i've been experiencing some strange symptoms, rather unusual for me as i generally have good health:
Day 22 (after exposure): Very dark urine in the morning and feeling legs and hands warm (no fever at all).
Day 25: Slight blood in morning urine that cleared up in 1-2 hours. I should mention that i have Polycystic Kidney disease.
Days 28-29: Periods of mild headache (it is not very usual for me to get headaches).

I will definitely get tested in the next days but just wanted to view your opinion on the things i mentioned above and if they are indicative of a particular STD. Also is there is a chance that headache alone would be the only Acute HIV symptom.

Thanks for the post Vance. Are you a professional? I read that headache is a symptom of  acute HIV though. Does this mean it is always accompanied by other things such as fever and rash?
