Could I possibly have an std?

2 weeks ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a guy who took the condom off without me knowing. When I found out I went on PEP 2 days afterwards. I told him to get an std test and a week later he showed me his results; he only tested for 3 things and they all came back negative which were HIV, chlamydia, and Gonnorhea. Because of the results I stopped taking pep but I stated getting intense vagina itching and a weird smell. I took a single dose of 2,000mg metronidazole 2 days ago and it stopped the itching for a few hours but then it came back in full force. I have lower back pain as well and also before this I did have a yeast infection but my yeast infections never burn and itch this bad. I also had an early and heavy period. Could this be from taking a plan b or from stopping the pep medicine? I’m going to the doctors tomorrow but it’s so bad I can’t take it. If I have an std then that means he lied about the test and is showing me someone else’s results which could also mean I contracted hiv as well. Im really scared and I regret everything.

Hi itching like your describing is not an std symptom nor is the weird smell. these fall more in line with a yeast infection.

Hi thanks for the advice. The discharge is brown now could that still mean a yeast infection ?
