Diagnosed with Chlamydia & Gonorrhea - now rash on hands and penis

I was recently diagnosed with Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and took medication prescribed by my doctor (suprax and azithromycin).  The itching and symptoms went away - but I still have a rash on the head of my penis that will not go away.  I have tried lotrimin, cortizone, prescription steroid cremes and nothing will get rid of the rash.  It does not itch but it is red and slightly raised - it looks much worse when I have an erection.  I also started to notice some red dots on the palms of my hand that are somewhat sensitive but are only faintly noticeable when looking at them.

I went to my doctor multiple times and he can't figure it out and has told me to wait until March to see what happens.  I know something is still wrong - any ideas on what could still be wrong?  Any suggestions?

at this point perhaps a dermatologist would be a good idea to determine if it's still active fungus going on or something else?

I recently got blood tested for HSV, Syphilis, HIV, Gon, and Chlamydia and all came up negative.  Yet I still have a mild rash on the head of my penis that will not go away.  To get rid of that I've tried lotrimin, lamisil, clotrimazole 1%, miconazole7 (all OTC) and also prescription Econazole nitrate cream 1%.  None have helped.  It's not causing me any discomfort but will not go away.  Any ideas or suggestions on what to try?  My doctor said that I'm cured so just wait some time for it to go away but its been 2-3 months and it hasn't gone away.

Thanks for the repsonse.  No I didn't test for anything else - they did a swab and sent it to the lab to test for chlamydia/gon.  I imagine I should go get that done.

Not sure why he suggested that.

did you test for anything else? HSV, syphilis, HIV?

We couldn't tell you what the rash is, you should see a dermatologist... I wouldn't wait until march? Why would your doctor suggest to wait that long?
