Discharge and 2 small cuts?

I've been noticing a discharge on and off after urinating for about a month, I get the discharge every 4/5 days once a day. I've tested negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia at 6 weeks and 3 months condom protected post exposure. What else could be?

I was diagnosed with eczema 2 months ago by a dermatologist for itching on my lower back and butt cheeks. The itching has completely stopped after apply some prescribed cream.

A month ago I was also diagnosed with folliculitis by a dermatologist after getting some small goosebumps looking things on the side and bottom of my shaft. I still have the small bumps.

About a few days ago I noticed 2 small slits, or "paper cuts" looking cut on both sides along the inside of my groin, in the folds of the thigh in the line where my pubic hair meets with my tigh hair. Could this be hsv 2?

I tested for hsv 1 & 2 at 6 weeks and 3 months post exposure. In both test I tested positive for hsv 1 and negative for hsv 2.

Thank you for taking the time to write me. Yes it's sticky it looks like a sperm when it goes in the toilet and I just got it no too long ago. It only comes after I urinate. Is that an std or a disease?
