Does my tongue have a STD?

So me and my gf broke up a couple of weeks ago. On Saturday I meet a dude to experiment with (he’s 45) also bi, and I’m (19) this is my first ever encounter with a guy. He claimed to be clean on his profile, and told me many times he was. He seemed as if he wasn’t lying. So he gave me oral sex, and I put his penis in my mouth for maybe 1-2 min not long at all. Today (not sure if it’s a burn or not) I began to feel like as if I burnt my tongue sensation, and it looks almost the same. It doesn’t look right I just don’t remember if I burned it or not. Do you think it maybe an std? Should I get checked? Thanks
