Do I need to worry?

The following happened:

I've been to a prostitute (legal in my country) but without any sexual intercourse. She just touched herself on the outside of her vagina. Afterwards she stimulated my nipples with that same hand. Apparently she had a bit of sharp fingernails so I felt a little pain and told her to stop.
My nipples were a bit red (having some sore spots) but there was no blood or other liquids visible. I immediately (in minutes) disinfected my nipples with hand disinfection. It felt a small burning sensation, just like using aftershave on my face in the morning, which shocked me because it wouldn't burn on completely intact skin (correct?). 6 hours later and absolutely nothing was visible any more. Skin looks completely intact.

But still my psyche is going mad on me and I cannot find a rest because I'm so scared that I could have been infected with one ore more STDs. I've never been so frightened in my live before!

What test would you advise to me and when?

Thank you for your reply. I know that "merely touching" would not transmit any STD. But what about the sharp fingernails making my nipples a bit sore (as said without blood) in combination that she might still had vaginal fluids on her fingers from touching herself beforehand?

So still a no-risk situation?

Hi, you dont need any test as you were not exposed to any std from merely touching.
