Possibility of having an STI

Hi,
I recently started thinking about getting in to a serious relationship and remembered a stupid thing I did five years ago. I had received an unprotected oral sex and kisses from a prostitute in Vietnam. I have never had any serious symptoms except occasional balanitis which I recently got fixed by a circumcision and never experienced it again ever since. I’ve also developed condition called geographic tongue but everything I was able to find on this topic suggests it has nothing to do with STIs and it’s harmless. I’ve have also experienced burning on the tip of my penis about 3 to 5 times during the last 5 years but I guess It might had the same reason as balanitis. I don’t remember when these two conditions appeared for the first time and if it was simultaneously (probably not).
So what do you think? Is there any actual chance that I might be ill or there is no reason to worry?

Thanks
