Does anyone have any idea what i could have?

I'm a 20 year old male and Ive had unprotected sex and recieved and gave unprotected oral sex with women I did not know very well.. Now my skin was peeling over a month ago which has stopped but can still see it has been peeling. I had an ulcer on the side of my tongue almost like I bit it, it was also very white and made a clicking noise when I swallowed.  I was also having nausea off and on with loss of appetite.  I went to the er one day got tested with blood and urine they also stuck something in my nose. Everything came back negative they said I was just very dehydrated. Now I'm having muscle twitching and some aches at times. My tongue is still white. I had a couple of very tiny white dots under my tongue that went away in less than a day then I had sore on the side of my tongue for in the back. I also have itchy and itchy septum and anus, and at one point I had small raised bumps mainly on the head of my penis that lasted about four days and went away, they didn't bust or have anything constructive out of them they just went away. I am also having muscle twitching and aches that are come at times but rarely. Also at times I get a few blind spots in my left eye at night but only when it's dark. Does anyone have any idea what i could have or what's going on? I'm going to a doctor next week but I've been staying up all night searching up my symptoms for about a month now and alot of different things pop up.

Hi the only issue from the sex is the skin peeling and sounds related to Balantis. the twitching and vision issues are not a symptom of any std.
