Can I get any STDs after unprotected oral gay sex without ejaculation?

Good morning. Recently I had one encounter with a guy (I used to be a virgin). We kissed, I sucked his dick a bit (he didn't ejaculate, there wasn't any sperm on my body expect for a couple of drops on my hand, but I didn't touch it and washed my hands). No anal sex. What are the risks of getting STDs? My partner claims that he's clean and he seems like a pretty decent person (though, I it was just one encounter). I don't notice any wounds or cuts on his penis. The same goes with his face.

Hi actually he would be more at risk to get herpes if you have it oral. your risk from what you describe is in the real world close to zero.

Thanks for your reply. There was also rimming and fingering (I was the recipient). I read that there is the same with rimming like kissing, since there is no sperm or blood involved,so I didn't mention them.
