ureaplasma and mycoplasma huminis

I have a new boyfriend and so I took an STD test. I tested positive for both ureaplasma and mycoplasma huminis. I have been reading everything I can find on the internet on the topic and am very confused. Are these STD's. Do I need to treat these or are these naturally part of my body? I have no symptoms.
