Dry skin on penis

I have had this dry skin on my penis for about the last 9 months. It comes and goes and is usually a large patch on the top of the penis. it also gets scally and itchy and some times get's little cracks from the dryness. I recently got out of the military and saw a doctor about it at the army hospital before i got out. all they did was a blood and urine std check which i got a clean bill on. But never did any further testing to see what the problem was. I'm just wondering if this possibly some kind of std, or maybe even
psoriasis. and if it is the later is there any kind of treatment or something i can do to keep it under control?

If that doesn't help, then you can try an std clinic.  They are usually free or low cost.

not really i'm in between insurance right now. i did some research today and i think it might be candida. so i'm trying an antifungal cream and seeing if that helps.

If its psoriasis or eczema, there are lots of over the counter stuff you can try.

I would also wonder if its a fungal infection.  Can you see a doctor about it now?
