Dull Pain in Testes

I have had a dull throb/pain in my testicles.  I have had this checked out before and was given an antibiotic, but it didn't help and the doctor said I needed to take a pain reliever.  Addtionally, I have had no discharge/painful urination. I have been urinating more frequently, but have increased my water/liquid intake after being dehydrated from a long vacation.  Should I get tested?

I agree with Vance:  there is nothing in your story that suggests an STD problem.  Pain in both testicles, or pain without swelling or tenderness,  usually isn't epididymitis or any STD; and epididymits pain doesn't come and go.  Without tenderness or swelling, prostate problems are the most common causes of vague or diffuse testicular pain.

Nope. STD symptoms don't come and go.

What if the testicle pain comes back - just on one side or something?

Then this is not a STD.

Today - my frequent urination is gone, testes aren't sore anymore.  I am going to the doctor.

Yes, went home with someone, but cannot remember if we used a condom.  Not sure if we even had sex.
