pimples on both thighs

I had protected sex feb 2007 and i got hiv negative on august 2007 , i didnt have any change on my penis but since 1 year i have some kind of pimples on my thighs and im scared of syphilis , is it possible that i have syphilis?

Actually, when it comes to syphilis or herpes, skin to skin contact will do it.  The condom does not protect the entire genital area.  With syphilis, the rashes that occur in the later stages usually show in the palms of the hands or the soles of the feet.  This does not sound like syphilis. If you are in the US, syphilis is rare.

thx buddy but mine is pimples some times big with pain but there are lots of them like 5cm X 5cm area and the skin of that area is darker than other parts

i got shingles on my thighs. they hurt really bad and got really big.
