Fungal Folliculitus of HSV?
Here's my mess! I know it's long, but it's the only way I could fully explain, sorry:(
About 1 month prior to my first problem I got a new partner. I also for the first time in my life got a type of foot fungus between my left pinky toe, which was visecular/pustul poppable in nature.
About two to three weeks of having that I developed a similar looking bump on the inside of my scotum near the leg. I popped it and it squirted so hard it went in my eye
(which left me freaking out even more!) I also was having extreme fatigue. Then tiny, tiny little white head looking bumps which excreted white puss apeared around it. It also didn't hurt too bad.
I could squeeze and pour hydrogen peroxide on it as much as I wanted. The first urgent care doctor said it did not appear to be typical of HSV but perscribed me antiviral at my request
he also ordered an antibody test a which was a month after my first suspected possible infection. A few days later I went in to my MD and he said it did not appear to look like HSV either, and my test results came back negative for HSV 1 and 2. I began applying
anti-fungal cream to the inside areas of my scrotum as a preventative had it been fungal (from my foot).
It's now been 2 and a half months later and I developed a hard, flesh colored, pea size, non-painful
lump under my skin at the top near the tiny fold where the scrotum and penis meet the body, not on the penis. (Oddly enough an area I had not been covering with the cream.) I squeezed this until it came to
a head I couldn't get it to pop just white puss and blood so I started the anti-fungal cream and anti-viral pills again. About an inch and a half away another tiny white head which when I popped this one
It popped like a black head only the white puss that came out had the consistancy of a thick elmers glue only more stringy. It has been four days and the large one scabbed and I peeled that
off and now its virtually gone ( must have responded to one of the medications). I am so frustrated!!! my doctor also said there's no rupturing like this or white puss in HSV is that true? Feeling scared and alone on this -Me

Its not sounding like herpes at all, but have you followed up with your doctor with this last sore?
You need to stop popping these things, and let your doctor culture them.
