HIV/Herpes scare!

Last Saturday, a friend of mine gave me vaginal oral sex. Last night I was diagnosed with mononucleosis. Even though my rapid strep test came back negative, I have the white patches, my throat looks raw, and my lymph nodes are very swollen.

I'm scared that this might be a sign of HIV/Herpes. I don't mean to sound silly when I ask this question. Also, a few days ago, I noticed that my left labia minora is a little swollen, but it has gone down. It was nothing major at all, just a little itchy. But I do recall shaving down there, and feeling like I cut myself around that area. Is it just an ingrown hair?

Last night they also took a blood test, a vial of my blood, for testing to see if I have mono. Will the blood test reveal HIV/Herpes as well?

Please reply ASAP!
