Bumps on Penis

Hi everyone, I am facing itchy thighs and legs from last month, I thought it is just a dry skin problem, maybe any kind of allergy, but From last week I am facing another problem. At night my penis itched badly, I used some mild powders to cure the itch but it didn't stop, When I saw my penis, I was surprised to see that there was a small bump, no any type of open holes or open cut like that, next day I had another same bump below it in my shaft. Please note that I am a virgin, and I haven't took part sexual activity with any one, no infected injections too.
I don't think it may be a STI/STD.
Plese help, now there are around 5 bumps, bumps dissapper in some days but other come, and it itch badly

Hi since your a virgin what your mentioning is not std realated. Instead of using powers that dry out the skin making it more itchey, use some corizone cream that you can buy over the counter on the itchy areas but use it sparingly.
