Help on your expert opinion

To Dr HHH,

I just wanted to post an update and seek your expert opinion on what to do next. As a quick summary of events happened during last one year.
Had unprotected vaginal sex and all the urine (not swab) tests show -ve at 1month/6months for GC and blood tests for RPR/HIV.
Had burning of urethra at 6months for more than 2 months and Uro treated with doxy for a month and spouse for 14 days (assuming any possibility without test on her).
-A month later finishing doxy, had bad lower back pain some time extending to butt and both sides. Sensed my self lymph on lest side of back may be 1- 11/2 cm. Went to Uro and he thought it is kidney stones tested with ultra sound and found no stones ( some blood in the urine, but culture -ve and simply asked to drink more water, no medicine)
-two months after bad back pain, still have little back pain now
- now for about a week, having burning in urethra after passing urine and some times stinging like pain
-went to see PCP saw moderate blood in urine, and sent two swabs for Chlamydia/Gonorrhea and ureaplasma/ micoplasma hominis.
-Planning on visiting Uro on Mon/Tue

Now , my questions for you doctor.
1. After doxy no burning for 3 months except bad lowerback pain in between, and burning stared higher than before and blood seen in the urine(which is also seen almost all the time at Uro visit). Given this situation do you think is it any STD causing this?
2. Do you suggest any more tests to be safe.
3. Do you think if any STD lingering between me and spouse, if so should we consider treating spouse as well.
4. What are my next steps with Uro.
I am very desperate and any direction would help me resolve my situation is very much appreciated doctor. Thankyou so much.
