Help with Venereal Problem

Some days ago I had sex with a prostitute. I used all the necessary protection, including condom. Its been a week and I feel a strange pressure on my pelvis. Also, my testicles hurt at times. When ejaculating, there is a strange sort of discharge after it that is completely clear but has the viscosity of semen. I had urine and blood tests and nothing wrong turned up. I have recieved antibiotics such as cyprofloxacin. What could this be? could it be an STD?

Could be Vance, though it frightens me that it has coincided with my first prostitute encounter. According to the healthcare centre I visited, I am being treated with these antibiotics for non specific urethritis. However, my testicles still are a bit uncomfortable after ejaculation. What do you think?

Doubt this is a STD, not sure what it could be, maybe a prostate issue?
