Mutual - herpes? Boil or HSV?

I recently mutually masturbated with another male who ejaculated on my thigh. A small portion of semen ran down my leg and I wiped it up - there is a slight chance that some made it to my anus in <30 secs. In the past, I have had anal fissures (some blood after going to bathroom). I do not recall any blood that day after going to the bathroom, but I am not sure. I asked the guy if he had been tested and he said yes and he had engaged in nothing but mutual masturnation or some oral and was "very careful".

There was no penis to anus contact nor penetration, just semen on body.

I know there is no HIV risk from this encounter. Is there a HSV risk? I have since (2 weeks after incident) developed a small pimple/boil on my inner thigh. I am not sure what this could be. No other symptoms.... thoughts as to what this could be? can HSV be contracted through mutual masturbation?

direct skin on skin contact. it takes the heat and friction of the sex act to transmit the virus, not just semen coming into contact with your skin. the skin on the thigh is too thick for the virus to infect easily and any teeny amount that might've made its way to the anal area is meaningless.

this still isn't an issue for you. if you had told me that the person had bled over your thigh and it had possibly ran down into your anal area, it still wouldn't be a risk.

it takes a heck of a lot more than the situation you described to transmit std's to others.

We don't answer "what if" questions because when we do we end up with 100 of them and you have to undestand myself, Grace and kdaily do this on a volunteer basis. So our time is limited and we get a lot of questions daily so we have to limit what we can do so we can try to help everyone.

My question was intended for me to learn more aby HSV and so someone else can learn more by reading - my questions arent anxiety driven. Isnt this what the goal of the forum is?

Would semen coming in contact with an anal fissure pose a risk?

We are not going to deal with "what if" this or "what if" that because when we do it leads to more and more far fetched questions.

Read what you have been told about HSV transmission.

Grace - thanks for the detailed explanation! Would it make a difference if it was more semen or if the fissure was active? I posted and know HIV is no-risk...wondering abt HSV...any other STD that I need to worry abt?

Seman does not transmit HSV. Mutual masterbation is not a risk.

Thanks for the quick response. However, there is no explanation as to why it is "no risk". I know HIV cant be transmitted this way...but HSV too? Any other risks..I am uncircumcised...so still no risk? Not even if semen reached anus? Just wanetd to understand why...
