Herpes test negative but symptoms

Hello, I developed some red bumps on my labia last week on both sides with itching . I took antibiotics the week before for Christmas for a sinus infection and had to take diflucan because I thought I was developing a yeast infection on the antibiotics. I started feeling better and then last week I started itching agajn and noticed red bumps appearing on my Labia and they started to become a little tender. I did two more rounds of diflucan this past week. I even had a full STD panel done and it was all negative. I had the same panel done in Sept and the numbers are the same. I've not had any discharge or fever/flu symptoms like what is described for HSV-2. I had the bloods work done last Tuesday while I had visible ulcer/bumps but my test was negative . There seems to be improvement but how accurate are the blood tests? I'm still convinced it's herpes. I had unprotected rough sex 3x in one day with the same person on Dec 28th. We both had shaved and then I shaved agajn 2 days later. Could it be possible I have a false negative even though I have what kind of looks like herpes or could it be a I wasn't over the yeast infection and it went to my Labia??  I was using tea tree oil in excess and I'm wondering if this has aggravated it.

Hi, testing for herpes can be done at the 8 week mark post exposure as a good indicator or at 3 months to be conclusive. But it would appear you have a friction  irritation from both of you shaving. First time outbreaks would be painful.
