I think I have an sti, any help much appreciated
Iv been noticing changes with my genital region for a month or so. My penis has dry, wrinkly and shiny skin on the penis head and looks a little inflamed. It’s is letting of a strong fishy odour. I tore my urethra opening during sex and it has become inflamed also. I am experiencing pain when peeing and urgency to pee. Just below my scrotum (between Anus and penis)feels enlarged and I am also experiencing differences with my stools, mucus, diarrhoea and constipation. Is there an obvious cause?
