I'm Having Vaginal Swelling... What could it be caused by???

I know I don't have an std. I was recently checked for all possible and everything came back negative. I'm having vaginal swelling. My whole vagina is swollen mainly the opening. The lips of my vagina are swollen but not as bad. It is super red especially near the opening. I have no odor or discharge of any kind. It seems irritated or "brushed burned". It burns during and after sex but not during urination. It feels as if it may be torn a little also. I had a few ideas of possible causes. The first was a uti or a yeast infection but like i said there's no discharge of any kind or odor. The second was possibly because i changed partners and the current partners penis is thicker then the previous. The third was that my current partner recently naired down there and now its growing back and it stubbly down there. But i was thinking Would it really cause so much swelling and irritation especially when we haven't had sex in a few days? My last possibility was that i have issues getting "wet" and maybe it could be irritate or "raw" from attempting to have sex with not a lot moisture down there. Does anyone else have any ideas or suggestions or similar experiences with diagnosis???

Well it's def. not mrsa because i don't have any sores or bumps or anything like that. It's def. not an STD because like i said i was already checked and i'm clean for everything. It's def. not a barthilon gland cyst i have had one before so i know the sypmtoms and i have well informed on it by my doctor so i know that its not that....


I am going to the doctor's I'm going to call for an appointment tomorrow. I was just seeing if it was something really bad that i may go to the hospital for tonight. And like i have said 3 times i know for a fact it is not and std because i just got checked out and like i said i am clean. every test they took came back negative.



i dont think im having an allergic reaction to the nair because i have used it before but i mean i didn't actually get any inside me so that may be possibly causing the irritation... but that was a couple of days ago and even after he was done he washed it all off..

Well, consider getting checked for trichomonas.  I remember when I had it, my pain during sex was at the opening.

Try posting in women's health. This forum is just STD's and you said you know you don't have any so I can't be of much help.
