Infertility

In June 2010 I had unprotected sex with a stripper.  Since then my health has deteriorated greatly.  I've been tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, syphillis, HIV and all the results have been negative.  Since then I've suffered from unirnary problems mainly, frequent urination, burning sensation in urethra, tiredness, loose stools, etc.  My wife has also exhibited some issues particularly discharge, bad odor, itching, irregular periods.  In addition, we are trying to conceive a second child and I have been told that my sperm count and sperm motility is really low.  My wife also has one of her fallopian tubes blocked.  Please advise on what may be causing all these issues.  I regret having sex with the stripper, but I have not found the courage to tell my wife, because she will leave me and take our daughter.  Without my daughter and my wife I will not live.  Please help and shed some light on what is causing all the issues.  Thank you.

Is she getting an STD screening because you're trying to have a baby?  Maybe you can wait and see what her results are.  It might not show anything or it might help you with your diagnosis as well.

Thank you for your words of encouragement.  My wife is being seen by a gyno and is waiting for STD test results performed on her.  I will seek diagnosis and treatment and will have to tell her what I did, even if it means losing her and my daughter.  Thanks again!

Hey John, I know the feeling and what you're going through.  I'm going through quite the same issues.

You probably got some kind of NGU or Trich - or a combination of both.  It may have been passed to your wife and she's exhibiting similar symptoms.  You should go to your doc and discuss NGU and get some treatement.  In addition, you may want to suggest your wife go to her gyno and get a check up/ screening since you're trying to concieve another child.  Hopefulluy nothing STD related will show up.  Try to refrain from having sex will you're done with treatement and she's checked out.

I'm sorry to hear the bind you're in brother, I hope you can resolve this without losing your family.  I know what it's like being in your shoes man.
