Is it Gonorrhea?

I had unsafe sex with 2 different people in last 2 months but last week I started to get weird smell from the penis and can't confirm if I see any kind of discharge, but possible. Most important is the feeling as if something has stuck inside the penis or urethra. I do get burning sensation in my penis when I urinate most of the time, but not always. I also urinate bit frequently.
Reading the online symptoms does confirm that points towards Gonorrhea, Is this disease curable?
I hate what I have done in the past for what have to go through. But will really appreciate if there is something I should be doing to stop this disease.
Thanks in advance.

Hey,
Thanks for your advice and supportive reply. i definitely learnt my lesson and would take safe steps in the future. I did visit doc and he took my urine test and found nothing different or so bad as I thought might have been. He said it possibly cud be Chlamydia or Urethritis, but said the test results onlt showed a minute trace of bateria. He prescribed me Doxycycline which I have been taking for last 2 days. But the watery discharge is still there. I asked me to have lot of fluid, but bcoz of that I dont know if I urinate bcoz of water or that infection.Luckily I dont have severe pain, but the feeling is really different which alarmed me to take some serious actions. It looks like I might have to get my partner tested too, to make sure it is safe to have unprotected sex with a steady partner. But I really appreciate your response.

Hello, the feeling you describe of there being something stuck in your urethra is probably just urine. Normally gonorrhoea presents with a profuse and horrible discharge in men and also the burning and pain on urination is severe. Having said this it is entirely possible you have gonorrhoea or chlamydia which to me would seem more likely since the discharge here is not as obvious and the dysuria is often not as painful. Both are completely and utterly curable. For chlamydia a single dose of azithromycin will do it and with gonorrhoea, a single dose of ceftriaxone (both are antibiotics). Simple and effective, it will be like you never had an infection. Get tested as soon as you can as you are certainly past the incubation period now. Do not have sex with anyone until you are tested. Please please please learn your lesson and use condoms in future, it sounds as if the lesson is completely learned though from your post. What's done is done, you haven't done anything terrible everyone makes mistakes mate and you are not the first nor will you be the last. Good luck
