Is it STD?

Two weeks ago, I received an oral sex from a guy who I've been dating for awhile for the first time. At that time, he used his finger to stimulate me anally. About a week later, few red bumps that looks like mosquito bite came up on my face and my back. So I went to see the doctor to make sure it's nothing serious. I was told it wasn't rash(because there was no pattern) and was prescribed some cream. This week, I'm a bit feverish, my energy level is low and my anus is tender. I feel discomfort during bowel movement. Other than that, my appetite is normal and I have no diarrhea. I saw doctor the other day and she didn't expect STD. However, she recommended me to do the blood test. I did yesterday, and I'm very anxious about the result. Could it be STD? (Sorry about my bad English)

Nothing to do with a STD, follow up with your Dr.

But these red bumps are growing and my another blood result isn't due until the day after tomorrow. My doc hasn't administered any medication yet and I'm so anxious. It's completely red at the beginning and after few days, only outer region stays red and grey towards the center. They are have that pattern and they are not itchy at all. I have some on my chest, face, and scalp but nothing around my genital area.

No symptom you have has anything to do with a STD.
