Is it an std?

I'm 20, I've had oral sex for the first time about a month ago, the following day or two, i had a sore throat, difficulties swallowing and ***** smell in my mouth, suspected gonorrhea, and the pharmacist gave  an antibiotic which was effective, almost all symptoms went away within a week-10days. Last week I've had vaginal sex for the first time WITH a condom on, only when she came, she took it off and jerked me until i ejaculated. Three days afterwards, I notice a very small pimple like structure with white tip. Quite tiny, just on both sides of the penile nerves under the head (I'm circumcised). But they are painless. Also i notice a small red spot on the skin just under the head. Also i get the urge to itch for few seconds or minutes in different places. They get aggravated when i scratch and turn red then disappear. Also i get some stingy painful feelings in different parts of the body that lasts for few seconds. I also feel body and joints pain and feel week. It's worth mentioning that i went to test for hiv and syphilis yesterday and i resulted negative. It's also worth mentioning that i live in swaziland, no facilities to test for other STIs here as well as it's very cold I'm occasionally sneezing. kindly advice me what to do and what's happening to me.

Hi none of what you mention suggest you have any std as those are not std symptoms from receiving oral sex and protected vaginal sex.

Alright thanks. I'm just getting paranoid about it given that I've tried searching but couldn't find any medical facilities that tests for std
