Is this syphilis or a dermatological problem?

Noticed a small(4 mm), shiny, round, reddish spot on the coronal rim of my glans suddenly one afternoon, 7 months after having had unprotected sex with a woman of questionable sexual history. The spot is completely painless, flat, not raised, not ulcerated, and totally soft to the touch. No other symptoms of an STD of any kind présentes themselves in the 7 months since that last contact. Additionally, the spot showed up right after I used a sex toy that I had poured isopropyl alcohol into for cleaning and had forgotten about, such that it burned when I inserted my penis. Given that the spot showed up much later than the maximum onset time for a syphilitic chancre(90 days) never formed a hard base with sloping edges, and never ulcerated, is it likely to be syphilis or is it more likely some kind of reaction from the rubbing alcohol? Can a syphilis chancre just appear instantaneously in the space of an afternoon?
