Itchy urethra begins at base of penis all the way to the tip.

I have been struggling to find a solution to a frustrating case of an itchy urethra.  It began three months ago after having protected anal sex with another man.  I have tested negative for all of the STDs that I know of (chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, m genitalium, ureaplasma urealyticum, and trich).  Doctors have placed me on rocephin, azithromycin, metronidazole, and doxycycline).  After all if the antibiotics I figured that I had developed a yeast infection in my urethra.  The doctors put me on an antifungal (diflucan), but it made me feel so awful I stopped taking it after 4 days.  I have recently had some success by eating super clean (no sugar, no processed foods, lots of veggies, and lean meats). I've also been taking natural antifungals (Thorne's SF722 and coconut oil) for the past three weeks.  I started to feel better, but have regressed over the past few days.  I have been to three urologists. None of them were helpful.  My nutritionist and a local Naturopathic doctor are the only professionals I have found that take me seriously.  Have any guys been having these symptoms? What has worked for you? Thanks.
