Asked for another body massage as I fell asleep.

I did notice that she didnt want me to touch her or kiss her body. I figured she didnt want any STD also.

I know it sounds strange, but 2 day after that I'm feeling tired, fateged, loss of appitie, dizzy sometimes. I dont know what to think. I'm going to the doctor and the clinic, I maybe the flu, but also some STD or STI.

I just got tested.I hope I dont have HIV, or HPV. It sounds alot like herpes, and my skin burns, I guess it effects other differently. Damn I may have herpes, I'm pretty sure its almost textbook minus the marks or leasons.

Hopefully you can move on if you are told it is not an std as well.  I'm willing to bet that it isn't.

I'm going to go to the Clinic and check, I think the time is 1 or 2 weeks. I know the feeling is not in my head. If the doc tells me I have it, I can move on. The not knowing is killing me. I know what my penis normally feels like. It feels different now, too sensative. The worst part is I'm in Japan, were there are many girls. I guess you have to pay to play.

What you are is feeling extremely guilty for having sex in a massage parlor.  Condoms are very effective against std's.  It did not break, so you are safe there.  You cannot get std's from hand jobs, so you are safe there.  And if you are that worried about getting full body herpes, then you probably should never have sex again unclothed...ever. (which must be very very rare if it happens at all.  I've never heard of it being of that much concern in all my research.)  My advise is never have sex that you consider risky again.  And if you cannot move past it, then seek professional therapy and look into why.
