Just need some advice

So four months ago I hooked up with a transsexual csw, and engaged in unprotected oral (gave and received) without ejaculation, rubbing of gentials against one another's rectums, and anal sex protected as the penetrative partner to completion. I did not know at the time she was a csw which I found out after the fact and has scared me ever since. She also used hand lotion as lubrication, but the condom remained intact throughout. Because of this I took an oraquick brand test at 7 weeks, and 12 weeks which both came back negative in order to rule out hiv.

Fast forward to last week when the day after I had a praticularly hot encounter with the wife and I began to feel strange. I have know had what I have seen described on here many times as a tingling/
Inflamed/crawling feeling just below my urethrea opening. It feels as though I constantly need to get out a few more drops yet there has been zero discharge. I have also noticed a reduced flow in my urine, and it feels like there is some blockage when I ejaculate. This no seems to have also caused me to have diaherrea as well and I feel rundown and tired. I have not had sex with the wife in over a week as this has also killed any libido I would usually have.

I have been scouring this message boards almost constantly hoping to find an answer. I'm hoping one of the doctors will comment on her to let me know what I should do next. Could this be Gonnoreah or chlamyida, or something else entirely. Also, my wife just happened to have her Pap smear as well which should I be concerned about that returning anything?
