Syphilis spot

Hi there about 4 weeks ago I received oral sex from a man on my penis without a condom. Since then a little pimple was seen underneath my skin on the base of my penis shaft. I left this thinking it was nothing but it became more apparent and got more raised then. Now it's sensitive to touch with a small yellow head on it. I went to clinic and been tested for everything but going out my mind with worry. Could anybody help please. Oh and also starting to feel quite lethargic the now

Sorry to bother you again. The results all came back fine although I now see another little pimple developing on my penis which is the exact same as the last one. The clinic said everything was ok from last time but never said what it was or what was causing it, I'm now booked in again tomorrow but would you have any idea what this could be

Thanks for your quick reply, much appreciated. As I said, I'm just waiting on the results coming back although got the HIV one back and that's negative. Just to check I stuck a pin in the spot to burst it and yellow puss came out along with some blood. It does feel better although it still leaves a red mark with a little dot in the middle of it. Was it safe to do this and would it be normal to look like this now. Again thanks for your help

Hi Since oral syphilis is rare i doubt he had it and to contract syphilis he would need to have an obvious lip chancre sore.  Also compare your sore to those on the web as im sure it doesnot resemble one. You can have it swabbed and  blood test to confirm.
