Lots of symptoms with no answers.

I've only had one sexual partner and we had sex three times. Every time the sex was painful so I told him we had to stop. Our sexual relations started about two months ago. I am now experiencing pain during urination, small red bumps around the genitals, white mucous discharge, swollen urethra, and vaginal pain and itching. My partner reported testicular pain a few days ago, but he doesn't believe that it is linked to a STD. I also had a sore throat at the beginning of October, but I'm not sure if it is related. I'm sure we have an STD, but I'm not sure which one? Does anyone know what this could be?

See a Dr, you have too many issues to be playing online trying to figure out what is going on.
