NGU or Gonorrhea

Had unprotected oral then protected vaginal sex on the 14th.

Waited a week. No symptoms. No pain or discharge whatsoever.

On the 9th day, started to feel some tingling on the urethra after urinating. Not really painful but kind of cold.

I've been taking a close look at it. No discharge but just some very slight discomfort after.

I'm worried that I might have gotten either NGU or Gonorrhea. I remember in on of Dr. Hunter's post though, that it is stated that STDs from oral are usually symptomatic.
