My oral results???

Having received unprotected fellatio from a sexually promiscuous lady on the 18th Dec 2014. I am paranoid that I may have caught a bacterial infection due to the fact she regularly has unprotected vagina and oral sex with different strangers. After the oral act I got back together with my girlfriend. I know I am clean because I had a full STD/HIV screen prior to the oral act. I do understand from a previous post that I am regarded as very low risk. However it has been 11 days since the oral act, I have no noticeable sores/blisters or growths on my genital area, no penile discharge, no rash or pain during urination. I do however have psychological itching around my frenulum/meatus area of the penis which I am always applying antiseptic cream to. My frenulum has broken couple times before during sex years ago and is alot shorter now (lost 1cm). My penis/testicles is not swollen, looks normal, sperm normal colour.  I conducted a rapid urine test today using 3 dipsticks to ensure reliable results. The tests were for Leukocytes, Nitrite, Urobillinogen, Protein, Blood, S.G, Ketones, Bilirubin, Glucose. The test results were all negative and inside the reference zones. My pH value was 6.5 within the normal range. As laid down in the instructions, a pH value over 7, leukocytes and nitrate could indicate a bacterial infection. My urine is not indicating a bacterial infection (no WBCs/Nitrates).

Based on the above, Do you think I am 100% free from:

1) Herpes ?
2) Genital Warts ?
3) Chlamydia ?
4) Gonorrhoea ?
5) NSU/NGU ?
6) Syphilis ?
7) HIV (testing not required due to zero transmission) ?

Thanks Vance2335 - respect you do a top job

What do you think HowardH?

My 6 Questions

1) Herpes - No symptoms so far, does that mean no herpes?

2) Gonorrhoea - 90-95% of men develop symptoms of gonorrhoea within 10 days of infection. I have no symptoms, does that mean no gonorrhoea and no point in getting tested?

3) NGU - Urine tested correct/No symptoms - Does that rule out NGU?

4) Chlamydia - Would you get tested?

5) Would you continue to have unprotected sex with the gf/partner/wife?

6) HowardH - would you get tested based on the facts?

Have a good new year all

Thanks you all do a great job, I am after a expert advice regarding the requirement of getting tested.

I am serviceman who will be deploying after new year so I will have no available time to seek testing.

My Summary

* Prior to oral sex, I was tested negative for STDs/HIV
* I had 1 x unprotected fellatio with a promiscuous lady 12 days ago
* I am a symptomatic patient showing no signs or evidence of STDs
* I had a negative correct urine result (urinalysis test strip) - Dr Hook states in another post that this sort of test is positive in about half to 2/3 or men with urethral STDs  but he did not state a time-scale

My 5 Questions

1) Herpes - No symptoms so far, does that mean no herpes?

2) Gonorrhoea - 90-95% of men develop symptoms of gonorrhoea within 10 days of infection. I have no symptoms, does that mean no gonorrhoea and no point in getting tested?

3) NGU - Urine tested correct/No symptoms - Does that rule out NGU?

4) Chlamydia - Would you get tested?

5) Would you continue to have unprotected sex with the gf/partner/wife?

6) Vance - would you get tested based on the facts?

Have a Good New Year

My Conclusion

1) Sexually history since last STD/HIV tests - 1 x unprotected fellatio
2) Urine tested for presence of leukocytes - normal negative (reference)
3) No WBCs makes UTI unlikely but does not completely rule out STIs. Not all bacteria reduces nitrates.
4) Full STD/HIV tested conducted few weeks prior to oral act - all negative
5) No signs or symptoms of urethritis (11 days after oral act). I may have genital focused anxiety.

No signs or symptoms of urethritis (after 11 days) + correct urine test result (after 11 days) = NO STD (after 11 days) ????

Would you have unprotected sex with your gf/partner/wife based on the above information and not seek getting tested?

SORRY FOR BEING A PAIN, I AM JUST PROVIDING FULL INFORMATION REGARDING THE SITUATION

A past post by H. Hunter Handsfield, M.D from 2010 stated that unprotected fellatio can result basically in 3 STDs in men:  Herpes, Gonorrhoea, and non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU).

Herpes - I have had no outbreak as of yet. My long term girlfriend of 8 years is a carrier of one of the viruses. It is highly likely that I have it.

Gonorrhoea - I have no signs or symptoms of urethritis.

NGU -  I have no signs or symptoms of urethritis.. My urine test was correct indicating no infection.

I have since had unprotected sex with my GF one week ago, she has no signs or symptoms of a STD.

Would you have unprotected sex with your gf/partner/wife based on the above information and not seek getting tested?

My opinion based on the forum information.

1) Odds 80% free from Herpes as no symptoms have appeared between 4-7 days
2)  Odds 90% free from Genital Warts - highly unlikely any ways
3) Odds 50% free from possible Chlamydia
4) Odds 90% free from Gonorrhoea as no symptoms have appeared between 2-10 days
5) Maybe free from NSU/NGU as no symptoms have appeared and urine test correct
6) Maybe free from Syphilis - Rare
7) Free from HIV as I had zero risk (no transmission)
