Negative testside with burning

So, I'll give a full story.
A little over a month ago, I started waking up around 4am, like clockwork, itching my thigh, arms, back, and chest. It was daily and resulted in small hives all over. However, it was only during that time. During the day, perfectly fine. Thought it was my detergent, changed that, my soaps, everything.
A couple weeks later, I had oral sex (never ejaculated in someone's mouth or vise-versa). A week later, had protected sex.
Note, the itching I've had has been mild now. It only happens now on occasion, like sometimes when i come out the shower my chest will be very red and hives and on my arm. I do and havery a minor rash on my elbow, feels very dry and a little itch on my stomach. But not nearly as bad. (Started taking Benadryl)
Fast forward to about 4 days ago. I noticed a white discharge from my penis, along with a red tip around the meatus and like dry skin around..head occasionally looks like a finger left in water too long.. Went to the store and got a Azo UTI test, came back with a positive for LEU, negative NIT. Went to MX the following day, got a urine test done, came back negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
They gave me a shot in my butt with Rosephin I believe. Also prescribed Fluconazole for a possible yeast infection, azithromycin, and prednisone.
Haven't had discharge in a day, but still uncomfortable, not really painful, when urinating, and still an red tip.
I have been stressed lately, I am in a very controlling and sometimes mentally abusive family, and I am using them to pay my tuition, and once I graduate in 2 months, I'm moving away.. so I am stresses, I don't think of it but it is subconscious.
Not sure what's going on.. any ideas?

Also, no warts or blisters, pimples, etc. Only when I irritate those areas (chest and arm, like when coming out the shower-hives) but goes away after an hour or so.
