SWELLING ON THE URETHRA

Hello,

First things first, I am a 24 year old male and the last time I had sexual intercourse is about 7 months ago.  How it all started was that a girl was rubbing/playing with the tip of my penis, pee hole (urethra).  The day she played with it, only felt good but the next day, I've noticed a swelling on both left and right side of the urethra, tingly sensation + burning sensation while I urinate.  I've checked with my doctor and he said he sees no problem with my urine and I've got a STD check and it said it was clean except one thing, HSV-1 where many americans have it.  He prescribed me a ONE PILL antibiotic for one serving and I've asked him if i should come back for a check up and he said no.

3 months after the check up, its still the same symptoms but not AS bad but still here.  I currently do not have insurance so I pay the $150 dollar fee + check ups and what not.  I do not want to go back to the doctor and hear the same thing paying hundreds of dollars without my symptoms being cured or even knowing what I have.  This symptom is the most serious after I masturbate rubbing my urethra but if I masturbate just by stroking the shaft, not so much.  So I am assuming this symptom comes back when I stress the urethra by touching it in any way.  Please help me, because apparently my doctors thinks I am fine when I KNOW I am not.

the one pill you were given previously covered ngu and chlamydia. it's not a bad way to guess and hope it works but obviously the problem was something unrelated to both of those.

return to be seen again. an urologist would be a good idea at this point for your ongoing symptoms.

No, I did not because I figured the doctor would say the same thing, there is nothing wrong with me and he is going to prescribe me an antibiotic of ONE serving.

oh don't open your urethral opening and run water into it!! no need to do that at all.

no need to shower after ejaculating either.

just wash the lil fellow with a mild soap like unscented dove once daily while in the shower.  use a good sex lube for masturbation too.

I thought the same, where it can be just an irritation.  However, I do not know how to take good care of the little guy I am guessing?  I wash the urethra by opening the hole slightly with warm water twice a day, and as soon as I ejaculate I pee and immediately shower.  What more can I do to better myself?  And thank you for your response grace!

you have to be kind to the lil guy dear! he's very delicate!!

this sounds like irritation more than anything.

No I do not because I was scared that it will worsen the situation.  I don't use anything.
