Not sure

hi all

I have been doing the rounds on the internet about early symptoms and have scared myself to death. I have always had protected intercourse with no accidents. But I have in the past have had oral sex without protection. In ten years only had semen in my mouth four times and not within the last years or so. I have recently felt unwell over the last three/four weeks dull headaches, diarrihia not runny but not formed, feeling very tired, hot flushes not never any fever my temp being normally 35.6 around that. I have been to the GP who has prescribed me Erythmicin 250mg three times a day for the next ten days and have taken a stool sample. I am usually very healthy and gold etc last no more than a few days so this is totally out of character for me.
The reason for my worry is that four weeks ago i had an encounter with a pos guy we did not have anal sex or oral but he did ejactulate over my lower body. Which I washed off straight away. I know that this is a no exsistant risk, but I am worried that the past oral incounters have provided a risk for me.

My confusion and the stress it has caused is getting mixed info about oral sex and should I really be concerned and that I have just got a horrible GI infection.

many thanks for your replies they will help me through this,

No worries, just wanted to make sure.

Being ejaculated on is no risk. Oral sex is low risk for gonorrhea, herpes and syphilis. No major reason to test for those, but as I advised in HIV testing every 6 months to 1 year is a good idea.

I forgot to add my current symptoms except the tummy ache is sorted by a over the counter pain killer. But since taken the antibiotic day two i have continued to have diarrehia and cramps, but not sure its the meds or the problem .... and one other thing the flushes make my face feel tight but i think that more anxiety..

Many thanks for reading and helping
