Would you think I have an STD?

Hello:

I am a Male in my mid-twenties.  I have been concerned lately as to whether or not I have an STD.  I have been tested 9 months ago for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and tested negative- test was conducted at a hospital.  In addition, I have used an at home HIV test 1 month ago that I tested negative for as well.

I am sexually active and use protection during vaginal and anal intercourse.  I am straight.  I usually do not use a condom during oral sex.

A few days ago I went to a strip club and received a lap dance.  The girl gave me a handjob and occasionally rubbed my genitals against her genitals with no clothes used as a barrier.  Immediately afterwards I went to the washroom and noticed small red dots on the tip of my penis.  I am concerned I have an STD.

In addition to the above information, I have noticed most recently that I have either skin tags just below the head of the penis.  Are these skin tags are genital warts?

no std causes symptoms that quickly. sounds like irritation more than anything else.

always have protected sexual contact - including oral sex!!

you also have to be tested for herpes regularly as well as syphilis even when you always use a condom for genital /anal sex.

have you had your gardasil shots for hpv?
