Oral sex and sore tongue

I have received oral sex and kissing from a girl around 6 weeks ago. She told me that she was hiv+ afterwards. I was told that it was a no risk exposure as no Penetration was involved. But since then, I have had a very sensitive tongue with burning sensation with obvious cuts. I went and saw a doc after two weeks and he prescribed some medicine and he told me that it was either due to  a hyper sensitive or a low immune case aroused by extreme stress. I didn't actually take the medicine and became better afterwards but still until now have some burning sesinnsation in my tongue. Do you know what it can be? Was it due to the oral sex or the stress I suffered afterwards? Can it be dangerous?

If unprotected oral then ,Unprotected is low for risk for hsv, syphills, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia ,and hpv.
For syphills after 3 weeks,
For hsv after 3 months,
For Gonorrhea after 2 weeks,
For Chlamydia after 6 weeks.
Note- It doesn't mean that you caught  these diseases according to your exposure.unptotected should need to avoided .
Thanks

I was the insertive partner. I didn't do oral.I had the oral done to me. I'm worried about the kissing part. Could it have transmitted any sort of infection?  Can we also exclude any relation to hiv?  What else can this burning sensation be a symptom of?
