Oral sex risk

Greetings. Recently engaged in unprotected oral sex with 2 CSW's in Thailand. About 5 days later had significant pain in my right testicle (on top near the epididymis). Went to the ER in BKK where I was given a 500 MG injection of Rocephin, 1.5 grams of Zithromax and 2 grams of Flagyl. All this done without testing. After treatment I had a small amount of clear liquid come out of my penis the next morning.
1. Does this sound like Gon or Chlam onset?
2. Was the treatment consistent with what needs to be administered to knock those out?
3. I continue to have a little bit of burning sensation after I urinate(it's been 5 days since treatment). Does this indicate failed treatment?
4. Should I still get checked out? Concerned about my partner acquiring infection.
Thanks

Syphilis...not unless you get a canker on your penis. HIV and Hep have specific forums, please post there.

Thanks, Vance.

Do you see any reason to be screened for syphillis, hep or HIV based on these encounters?

1. Not really
2. Yes
3. No, but doubt you even had either of those
4. If you do you need to wait 3 weeks after medication for testing.
