PLEASE, I NEED HELP!

Hey, so I have have sex with three people.
The first guy we used a condom and I was fine and then 6 months later I found another guy who was a REALLY bad decision, we used no ways of contraception and luckily, no babies but I got what I thought was a yeast infection within days.  I used Monistat for a few treatments and it went away no-sweat. I just thought a dirty pee-pee and I'd be okay, I mean I didnt see any bumps or anything on his private area or anything so I thought I was in the clear.  4 months after that I started on the pill; which was about 3 months ago I started taking Tri-Sprintec birth-control and I had an AWFUL reaction to it and turns out I was allergic to the high dosage of the acne-clearer in it.  Last month I switched to YAZ.  But, when I first started with the Tri- Sprintec I noticed these bumps which looked a bit like herpes but I don't know for sure in my mouth near my uvula and they are spreading in the back of my mouth.  My stomach and abdomen have been acting up and I dont know what is wrong.  I have had NO urethra pain, NO bumps around my vagina, and NO weird discharge, but I have discovered in the past month huge lumps (2.5 cm or less) in my vagina.  I am very scared. Can you help me?
I already posted this to another forum, but I did not know that there was an STD one, so maybe you guys can  help me more? And other information needed, let me know!

Like I said bumps can be many things. Can't really say what those bumps are. Most of the time they are not a STD. I wish I could give you more info but I can't. Only a Dr can.

Thank you for your quick reply, but... you think I'm fine? Like does this match any STDs?
I'm not doubting you, because I know I'm crazy, and the last few months I have been looking up EVERYTHING and I match that, this, that, but nothing to a T, but you think I'm okay? Makes me feel a bit better...

Bumps can be many things often not STD related. I suggest that you see a Dr to discuss symptoms and an exam but also have STD testing done.
