Pain!

I was treated for clymedia 1 year ago. I was last tested for STDs and HIV 6 months ago. Every test came back negative. Since then I haven't had sex with anyone. However, my urithra continues to have this piercing/burning feeling from time to time. Sometimes before, sometimes during urination and sometimes after urination. I was told to drink unpasturazed cranberry juice. I have done so for months regularly and there has been very little to no progress. I even took a crazy amount of cranberry pills and still no positive result. To add to my worries recently my balls are hurting also...it's a feeling of heartbeat almost inside my ball sack and on the side. It feels as if I have blue balls the entire day or as if someone just kicked me in my privates. That's how I can describe the feeling of what I'm going through right at this moment. Please any advice and any medication I need to buy or any treatment methods that can cure or at least minimize the pain i'm going through.  I am unemployed and I have no health care coverage. Any solutions? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your advice.

I live in Florida Fort Myers...is there any free clinics or one that works on a sliding scale that you are aware? Can you name an organization of some sort?  Thanks

We can't diagnosis you and can't give medication advise. Since you have negative STD tests then this specific issue is not a STD. Can only advise you to see a Dr. Maybe find a free clinic or one that works on a sliding scale.
