Irregularity with penis - Possible STD?

hello, first time posting. In September, I had a sexual encounter with a female; it was unprotected oral sex. Beginning mid to late October, I began noticing redness on the rim of my penis head. They're in patches, not covering the entire rim. They don't really hurt, only feel slightly more sensitive than the nonaffected areas of the rim. The one in the middle is very very slightly raised; its barely noticeable.

Since then I have also been experiencing a periodic pinching/itchy sensation right below the rim, at the circumcision scar. Sometimes the sensation is felt on the upper region underside of my penis shaft (frenulum area). Besides these two symptoms, there is no other present symptom (no sores, no blister, ulcers, no pain in urination, no discharges).

Based on what I know of STDs, my thinking is that it could be either irritated skin or an approaching herpes outbreak or an extremely mild herpes outbreak. Hopefully, it is simply irritated skin. I have had a clean std panel before the encounter. Until I get it checked with the doc, can I get some insight on what this could be?

Heres a pic of what I am refering to:

They are not very noticeable, but if you look closely, you will see two distinct areas with a reddish hue unlike the surrounding region

We don't look at pictures and for skin issues you would need to see a Dr. If you have specific herpes questions post in the herpes forum.
